What is Studio OS?
Studio OS is the platform we set up for dance studios. It texts back your missed calls, answers your phone and messages, asks happy families for reviews, and runs registration, tuition, attendance and the parent portal in one place. It comes in three plans, so you start with what you need.
How much does Studio OS cost?
Core is $97 CAD a month, Essentials $197 and Complete $397, each plus a one-time setup fee we go through on the call. It’s one flat monthly price for your studio, no matter how many students you have, and there’s no contract.
Do I have to switch everything over at once?
No. We set it up for you and move at your pace — most studios start with the pieces that save them the most time, and grow from there.
Is it really set up for me?
Yes. Every plan includes done-for-you setup and onboarding — you're not handed a login and left to figure it out. There's a one-time setup fee, which we go through on the call.
What happens on the call?
It's a quick, no-pressure conversation about your studio — what's eating your time, what you'd want to fix first, and whether this is a fit. No slides, no hard sell.
What about the 14-day free trial?
Every plan starts with one, Complete included. The 14 days start the day we hand your system over, set up and working, so you see it running in your studio before your first monthly payment. The one-time setup fee is paid when you sign up and isn’t part of the trial. We'll cover the details on the call.
